System overview

Ellab's TrackView™ Pro and EMSuite™ solutions offer a complex environmental monitoring system that is scalable, GxP-compliant and meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11. The system can be wired, wireless or hybrid. All components of the system - transmitters, sensors, access points and software - are based on two-way secure communication, ensuring data integrity.

Hardware

TrackView Pro radio frequency and PoE transmitters: accept up to 2 SMART sensors, long battery life (12+ months), fast sampling options (1 second), 95,000 data points memory capacity.
Access Point: communicates with up to 32 transmitters via LoRa protocol, has colour HMI display, relay outputs, PoE or standard power supply.
SMART sensors: wide range including temperature, humidity, CO2, differential pressure sensors, door switches and digital I/O modules. Their calibration data is stored in EEPROM and replacement is fast, even in a validated environment.

Software - EMSuite™

Modular design: pro and standard version with mobile app support
Flexible views: customisable dashboard, values that can be fitted to the floor plan, logical zones
Integration and validation: supports SSO/Windows AD authentication with Control Center-based configuration
Alarm management: email, SMS, visual and sound alarm options, audit trail and electronic signature
